How to book

Booking made simple:
1. Book online based on your location (West Beach or Fort Morgan)

2. Select the dates of your rental period for your booking. Start date = Set up date, End date = Take down date.
Our hours of operation: M-SUN 7AM-7PM.

3. After you have selected all of your items, select “Checkout” to complete booking. You can then checkout as “Guest” or there is a “Log In” option for reoccurring customers.

4. We will deliver your beach equipment to you on the start date of your rental.

5. If you are interested in booking outside of the minimum rental period requirements, you can contact us by phone to book.

Fort Morgan Rentals

For Fort Morgan,

  1. We provide the initial set-up/ delivery, 10x10’s are permitted to stay in place on the beach until the final day of your rental period. On the final day of your rental period we will pick up the equipment. Call us if any issues with the tent.

  2. Morgantown does have some restrictions on the 10x10 tents, although our Shibumi Tents are permitted, and are a great option to book!

    We ask that you remove chairs, umbrellas and Shibumi Tents in the evenings to avoid any lost or stolen equipment. Which you will be charged for in that unfortunate circumstance.

West Beach Rentals

West Beach: LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS

Since West Beach has regulations on leaving “only footprints” we offer 2 different options for West Beach bookings.

  1. Daily Set-up/Take down: We will daily set up your equipment each morning, and take down each evening.

  2. Self-Serve: We will do the initial set-up/ delivery, then you (the customer) will be responsible for the daily take down and set-up during the duration of your rental. On the final day of your rental period, we will pick up the equipment.

    All equipment MUST be removed daily, if any equipment left overnight on West beach is stolen or picked up by the city there will be a fee.

  • Currently the 2 locations we serve are West Beach & Fort Morgan.

  • Our operating hours are MON-SUN 7AM-7PM. Your equipment will be delivered on the start date of your rental period. We guarantee delivery by 3pm of your check-in date/ or 24 hours from booking. We start our list of deliveries at 7AM, and deliver on a first booked, first serve basis. If you have personal requests on a specific time, please include that in your booking notes, or contact us. We would be happy to accommodate you!

  • For Fort Morgan: your equipment will be picked up by the morning of the final day of your rental period.

    If you are on West Beach, and have selected the Daily Set-Up equipment options, then the equipment will be taken down between before/by 7PM daily.
    If you selected the self-serve option for *west beach, then your equipment will be picked up the morning of the end date of your rental period.

    If you have personal requests on a specific time, please include that in your booking notes, or contact us. We would be happy to accommodate you!

  • Absolutely! We do encourage our customers to book online, but you can book by phone.
    If you have interest in booking for less than the minimum required dates on the rental period, please contact us by phone to see if we have availability.
